What does Cocktail Style Reception mean?

Our cocktail-style reception is meant to focus on mingling, with food and drinks served throughout the evening rather than a single sit-down meal. There will now be assigned tables but please note that it will be shared seating. With our new venue change, there isn't enough seats for all our guests to sit at once. Please drink, eat, and share your seat with your assigned guests!

Do I need to show I.D. at Stateside Live?

Yes, you will need to have a government issued, non expired I.D. to enter Stateside Live!

Is parking available at Stateside Live?

There is parking available at all the stadium lots but unfortunately for a cost. Prices vary from $25-50 depending on scheduled events.

We encourage our guests to uber, carpool, or use public transportation.

Where is the Miller Time Beer Hall within Stateside Live?

If you are familiar with the previous Xfinity Live, this used to be called Victory Brewing. Because this is a private event, there will only be 1 entrance open for Miller Time Beer Hall. Please look for the large glass doors.

If entering through Stateside Live's main entrance on the corner of Pattison Ave and 11th, please make your way to the back patio by the stage and the wedding entrance will be on your right hand side.

If entering through Stateside Live's back entrance located in Lot G, please make your way through security and it will be on your left hand side.

If you have any issues, please ask an employee to direct you to the Miller Time Beer Hall.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

We love your children, but politely request no children attend the reception. Thank you in advance for understanding.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Please note that plus-ones are listed on your Save the Date and invitations. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests. Thanks for your understanding.

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.

Is there shuttle from Live! Casino Hotel to Stateside Live?

Yes, a FREE shuttle runs from the Casino to Stateside Live! from 3:00PM-11:00PM daily. Drop off is at NRG Stadium.

Stateside Live Bag Policy

Stateside Live! prohibits bags inside the venue in accordance with best security practices:

- This includes backpacks, large purses, camera bags, drawstring Bags, totes and suitcases.

- Hand clutches, fanny packs, wristlets and small purses are permitted but must not exceed 5” x 7” with or without handles or straps and are subject to security inspection.

- All acceptable bags are subject to secondary search.

Stateside Live! is an inclusive and family friendly venue, so exceptions for bags are as follows:

- Medical equipment bag and Parental bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”.

- All exceptions must go through metal detection and secondary search at entry.
